For some free downloads, you will be sent an e-mail containing download information; otherwise, clicking on e-covers or links may grant instant access to the downloads.

Set Price: “Set Price” feature is enabled for several products on this site, allowing you to set your own price at or above my minimum price before checking out. During set-up, on my end, a minimum price is required for the feature to work properly on your end; it also allows for my payment processing provider’s commission and maybe a bread crumb or two for me. You’ll be warned on the shopping cart page if your set price falls below my minimum price. If that happens, you can decline to purchase the product, pay the minimum price, or set a greater price than my minimum.
If setting a “cents” price, be sure to enter a zero before the decimal point. Dollar sign is not required.
Payment Policy: Paypal preferred, but personal checks, money order or cashier’s check payments are considered. Contact Patricia Spork to make arrangements for mailing in a payment. All monetary transactions will occur in $US dollars. Tangible products shipped only to United States residents and are not shipped until payment clears. Links to downloads or subscribed member area not provided until payment transactions are completed or free download request has transpired. Patricia Spork reserves the right to change product prices or any subscription prices at any time without notice to anyone. Invoices, if required, are sent via e-mail only. All payments due by the due date stated on invoice. Customer order and subscriptions will be canceled without further notification within 1-7 days of an overdue balance or non-renewal of any recurring subscription service.
Shipping: Generally, tangible products are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment to United States residents only. Depending on product type, items may ship USPS First Class, Media Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post, or ship UPS or FedEx ground. Shipment method specified on tangible product description page.
Refund Policy: Patricia Spork must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of any purchased item (excludes any subscription fee) and statement from customer must be sent to her via e-mail, basically stating that any files or hard copies associated with digital products (ebook/ebooks/image/images/graphic/graphics) have been deleted/destroyed and was not delivered in any form/format to any other individual/entity. Any tangible products purchased and received must be returned to Patricia Spork within 14 days before any refund is issued. Contact Patricia for refund and to make arrangements for return of any tangible products. Tangible products must be returned in like condition as when originally shipped by Patricia Spork before refund will be issued. Refunds issued at Patricia Spork’s sole discretion.
Cancellation: Patricia Spork reserves the right to cancel any order or remove any member, subscriber or customer from any of her memberships, subscription lists or any services at any time, for any reason, at her sole discretion, and she reserves the right to delete any www.patriciaspork.com content without notice to anyone at any time.
“Unsubscribe” feature or information within e-mails can be used to unsubscribe from any e-newsletters. For recurring subscription payments, stop the payment process within your payment service provider’s Web site.
