Obsidian Arrowhead Faux Suede Necklace has a black obsidian arrowhead. Obsidian rock has a beautiful glass appearance and is formed when lava cools quickly. This “Made in Mexico” arrowhead (60 x22mm approx.) has extremely sharp edges, so is definitely not for children and should be worn with caution.Yellow Faux Suede Wrapped Obsidian ArrowheadSuede

I crossed yellow faux suede around the arrowhead and secured with knot on back side, then added round wood beads (black [3] and green [3]) patterned with black or white Chinese characters. Finished the arrowhead necklace using knot closure, making it a slip-over-head necklace. If you want the necklace shorter, just untie knot and re-tie to desired length.

Necklace Length: 26” (approx. – excludes length of arrowhead)

All components of this faux suede necklace purchased new.

Beads beaded on nylon-coated goldtone stainless steel wire.

Antiqued goldtone crimps (2pcs.) and wire protectors (2 pcs.), and antiqued gold-plated crimp covers (2pcs.) used to secure ends.

Antique gold finish brass flower toggle clasp attached as closure. Circular clasp is approximately 14mm round and toggle length is approximately 20mm.

Over-all Bracelet Length: 7 7/8” (approx.)

Large gunmetal-finished pewter cross pendant (59x47mm), with green rhinestone-like embellishments, attached to five-strand cotton cord necklace. Because of the green embellishments and the center of the cross design appearing like a four-leaf clover (to me), I consider this jewelry a clover necklace and a St. Patrick’s Day necklace. Cross pendant has hollow interior and seam around exterior side edges. Back has filigree appearance (see image on this page). Large attached bail (design feature), so I was able to slide the pendant on the necklace, rather than assembling with a jumpring.Gunmetal Finish Pewter Cross Back

Five-strand cotton (1mm strands) necklace has silvertone ends, lobster-claw clasp and extension chain (3” approx.), with dangle ball, purchased pre-assembled for resale purposes.

Beaded on antiqued brass finish steel eyepins are two sizes of round glass beads: 7mm and 9mm (2, each size).

I separated beads using antiqued gold appearance spacer beads (6mm approx. x 6 pcs total). The metal spacers are “upcycled” from a bracelet purchased at a garage sale that I disassembled for the components. Spacers cleaned with anti-bacterial solution prior to assembly. Because I’m not certain of metal and finish of the spacers I’ll categorize these pierce earrings in “Mystery”, along with some other categories.

I added antiqued gold-plated pewter Celtic knot links (16x14mm approx.) and jumprings to complete the dangles.

Earring dangles assembled to antiqued gold-finished brass or steel flat fish hook earwires. Not certain of base metal, since these earwires purchased new in a mixed package of brass and steel earwires.

White rubber clutch attached to each earwire to help secure glass bead earring to ear.

Earring Dangle Length: 1 5/8” (approx.)

I assembled one pair of Celtic knot earrings in this design.

I cut dark green (“Avocado”) rolled leather cord (2mm dia.), then attached silvertone ends, antiqued goldtone lobster-claw clasp and antique gold-plated jumprings to finish necklace assembly.

Acrylic rubberized beads (magenta [6 pcs.] and black [12 pcs.] – mixed shapes and sizes), acrylic diamond-shaped open beads (green [2 pcs.]) and round lampwork glass beads (8mm – dark blue [4 pcs.]/turquoise-colored  [2 pcs.] with black swirls) beaded on metal 7-strand wire to assemble this heart necklace.Paua Shell Double Heart Pendant on Acrylic Bead Necklace Hope you notice the dark blue swirl beads beaded within the acrylic diamond-shaped beads. :0)

Double-heart pendant (47x43mm) has one heart inlaid with paua shell (a.k.a. abalone) coated with clear resin. Shell colors are a mix of blue, green, black and purple. Abalone heart pendant attached to acrylic necklace using silver-plated jumpring. Silvertone imitation rhodium plating helps protect metal double-heart pendant from rust.

Necklace ends finished with silvertone crimps (2 pcs.), silver-plated crimp covers (2 pcs.) and silver-plated wire protectors (2 pcs.). Attached silvertone lobster-claw clasp and extension chain (1 3/4” approx.).

Necklace Length: 25” (approx. – includes chain extension)

Capiz shell heart focal (25x25mm) dangles within metal heart drops.

Gold-plated or silver-plated steel heart drops (30mm), with twisted wire design dangle from gold-plated or silver-plated flat fish hook earwires.

Silver-plated or gold-plated jumprings were used for assembling these pierce earrings. Four jumprings on each earring, so, eight jumprings on each pair.

White rubber clutch on each earwire helps secure earring to ear.

All components in these Valentine’s Day earrings are new.

I assembled one pair of each color capiz shell earrings.
