St. Patrick’s Day Celtic Knot Earrings

Dark green glass beads assembled with Celtic knot links as dangles for St. Patrick’s Day earrings.

Beaded on antiqued brass finish steel eyepins are two sizes of round glass beads: 7mm and 9mm (2, each size).

I separated beads using antiqued gold appearance spacer beads (6mm approx. x 6 pcs total). The metal spacers are “upcycled” from a bracelet purchased at a garage sale that I disassembled for the components. Spacers cleaned with anti-bacterial solution prior to assembly. Because I’m not certain of metal and finish of the spacers I’ll categorize these pierce earrings in “Mystery”, along with some other categories.

I added antiqued gold-plated pewter Celtic knot links (16x14mm approx.) and jumprings to complete the dangles.

Earring dangles assembled to antiqued gold-finished brass or steel flat fish hook earwires. Not certain of base metal, since these earwires purchased new in a mixed package of brass and steel earwires.

White rubber clutch attached to each earwire to help secure glass bead earring to ear.

Earring Dangle Length: 1 5/8” (approx.)

I assembled one pair of Celtic knot earrings in this design.

Enamel Reindeer Earrings created by adding silvertone metal, single-side enamel reindeer head charms to silver-plated kidney hook earwires.

Smiling reindeer charm (22×15 mm approx.) is red, green, brown (three tones), black and yellow. On back side, small indent (mold mark) at center base of antlers.

All components of these Christmas earrings are new.

I assembled two pair of Reindeer Head pierce earrings.

Style 2 – 22x15mm (approx.) present charm – blue with red ribbon. Charm manufacturer’s copyright notice on backside.

Rice Pearl Drop Earrings created by adding colorful cultured freshwater pearl drops to flat hook earwires.

Each single rice pearl drop made using silver-plated bead cap and ball pin. Rice pearl (8x6mm approx.) colors: blue, white, green orange, light pink and dark pink.

Pearl drops attached with silver-plated jumpring to silver-plated brass flat hook earwires that have short coil and loop.

White rubber clutch added to each earwire to help secure pierce earrings to ear.

Earring Dangle Length: 1/2”-5/8” (approx.)

Shell Hoop Earrings

Shell Hoop Earrings created by adding a mix of shell beads and faux half pearls to beading hoops on kidney hook earwires.

Shell earrings consist of various sizes and shapes of shell beads, mainly shiva shell and red lip shell. May include mother-of-pearl or other types of complementing shell beads.

Beading hoops (20mm) are silver-plated brass. White acrylic half pearl (approx 5mm) adhered to each hoop. Hoops dangle on silver-plated brass kidney hook earwires.

All components of these dangle earrings purchased new.

Resting Cat Earrings created by adding metal cat charms to fish-hook earwires. (Notice in image, black and orange reflection from me taking pic. LOL!)

Single-side cat charm (15x12mm.) has raised front design showing facial features and curled tail.

Choice of cat earrings: antiqued gold-plated cat charms on surgical steel earwires, with long gold-finish coils or antiqued silver-plated cat charms on surgical steel earwires, with silver-finish short coil and ball bead.

Double-side helm charms (20x15mm approx.) are supposedly “Tibetan Silver”. These boat steering wheel charms have antiqued silver appearance.

Silvertone fish hook earwires, with short coil and ball.

Kidney hook earwires are silver-plated.

White rubber clutch added to each fish hook earwire to help secure pierce earrings to ear.

All components of these nautical earrings purchased new.

I assembled two pair of helm earrings (one pair, fish hook; other pair, kidney hook).
