Purchasing and Free Downloads:
All tangible products are subject to limited availability. Order confirmation of tangible products purchased will be sent to buyer via e-mail from Patricia Spork within 24-72 hours after payment is received; or, if you paid for a product that is no longer available, you will receive a full refund.
Purchases of digital products does not grant instant access to download links. Patricia Spork will manually e-mail the file to you or provide a link where you can access the download. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive any e-mail.
For free downloads, you will be sent an e-mail containing download information or click on e-covers or links to access a file to download and save to your computer. You may require a ZIP utility and PDF reader to extract and view files.
Note: For all e-mails, please check your spam or bulk folders, since sometimes they may wind up there instead of in your Inbox.

Payment Policy: Paypal preferred, but personal checks, money order or cashier’s check payments are considered. Contact Patricia Spork to make arrangements for mailing in a payment. All monetary transactions will occur in $US dollars. Links to downloads usually provided immediately after payment transactions are completed. Patricia Spork reserves the right to change product prices or any subscription prices at any time without notice to anyone. Invoices, if required, are sent via e-mail only. All payments due by the due date stated on invoice. Customer order and subscriptions will be canceled without further notification within 1-7 days of an overdue balance or non-renewal of any recurring subscription service.
Shipping: Tangible products are shipped to United States residents only and are not shipped until payment clears. Generally, tangible products are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. Usually, orders ship USPS First Class Mail or Media Mail (depending on product type), and unless another shipping method has been requested prior to payment. If item shipping fee is not listed on the Shipping page, the shipping fee and shipping method should be specified on the product’s description page.
Refund Policy: Patricia Spork must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of any purchased item and statement from customer must be sent to her via e-mail, basically stating that any files or hard copies associated with digital products (ebook/ebooks/image/images/graphic/graphics) have been deleted/destroyed and was not delivered in any form/format to any other individual/entity. Any tangible products purchased must be returned to Patricia Spork within 14 days before any refund is issued. Contact Patricia to discuss refund and to make arrangements for return of any tangible products. Tangible products must be returned in like condition as when originally shipped by Patricia Spork before refund will be issued. Refunds issued at Patricia Spork’s sole discretion.
Cancellation: Patricia Spork reserves the right to cancel any order or remove any member, subscriber or customer from any of her memberships, subscription lists or any services at any time, for any reason, at her sole discretion, and she reserves the right to delete any www.patriciaspork.com content without notice to anyone at any time. “Unsubscribe” feature or information within e-mails can be used to unsubscribe from any e-mails or e-newsletters. For recurring subscription payments, stop the payment process within your payment service provider’s Web site.
